Sudan Liaison Office International is a welfare organisation working to improve life for Sudanese people across the world. The Australian branch, or Sudan Liaison Office Australia Inc, assists the Sudanese Community groups to improve Sudanese integration into wider Australian community. It seeks to coordinate, facilitate and form partnerships with main service providers - government agencies at federal, state, territory, local council level, and other organisations involved with settlement and welfare services. Our Australian office also directly supports projects in Sudan.

We know that settlement in a new country is never easy and, like all migrants, Sudanese find it hard to cope with settlement challenges in their new home Australia. To improve settlement outcomes, SLOA seeks to assists the relationship between the mainstream welfare, services providers, and the different Sudanese ethnic groups in the following areas.
